Refund Policy
We want you to shop with peace of mind. Every product we sell is crafted and packaged with care, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Be in the original packaging.
Have a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is acceptable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
